MC Performance Conditioning are proud to be working with Trickbits Triumph rider Jordan Thompson, as he looks to improve his fitness in preparation for 2010 National Superstock 600 series. |
Matt Clough – head trainer at MC Performance Conditioning - will be working hard with Jordan to increase his level of flexibility and core stability and strength in order to improve his posture, making him more agile and able to maintain a more compact riding style whilst riding his Triumph 675 Daytona race bike.
"Each session has been tailored to improve Jordan's weaker areas, whilst increasing his core strength, flexibility, Vo2max and functional strength levels, specific to the demands of motorcycle racing".
"Jordan's professional attitude and approach to his riding and fitness training already he is one of the fittest guy's in the paddock. Fine tuning athletic condition is a key area which can really give a young rider the edge – improving concentration levels, riding style, bike control and reducing fatigue, all vital to cut those vital seconds from lap times".
