MC Online gives athletes & everyday gym goers the chance to join an incredible community & have a Strength & Conditioning Coach & Performance Nutritionist in their pocket.

We have spent the past 2 years building our online programmes for our professional athletes & semi-pro athletes around the world & we have also delivered some of our best transformations to everyday gym goers.

    For anyone looking to BUILD unstoppable confidence & TRANSFORM your life.

    This programme is for the everyday gym goer or someone who has a base level of experience exercising. Our coaches at MC Online have worked with a huge range of clientele for over a decade.

  • PERFORM

    Our ‘PERFORM PROGRAMME

    For athletes looking to improve their Strength, Power and speed to dominate your sport.

    We work alongside professional athlete’s sports science and S&C teams at their club (if applicable) to align with their schedule to ensure the players health & performance is the priority.

    We also allow Amateur & Semi-pro athletes have access to an S&C plan and coach in their pocket, allowing them to train like an athlete to compete at the highest level possible.

REDEFINE

  • We programme everything across each week & we tailor it to you no matter where you are in the world, if that changes, if you decide to train more or less, if you change gym or equipment. You get EVERYTHING included from an exercise perspective.

    We carefully programme your sessions based on your fitness levels, experience in the gym and also, what kit you actually have at your disposal.

    If your goals change, your programme changes. We are here with you all the way!

  • Our community is something we are extremely proud of. When you join MC Online, or any of our services, you get welcomed into our community groups from our coaches & clients. Here is a friendly environment of like minded people who inspire each other daily, and are all on a mission to better themselves everyday. This is CONTAGIOUS! We all “Set the standards” here. We also host socials for all our clients every 3 months.

  • A massive part of why people don’t achieve the RESULTS they want. You’ll be relieved to know, we deliver results. We have a bulletproof process with everyone of our clients to ensure at all times they have access to their coach & a 1-1 performance call each month. Our clients know clearly what goals are set for the next 3 months as a minimum & they have weekly & monthly accountability included in our programme.

  • We guide our clients nutrition and align this with their goals to help get the results our clients want. Our Performance nutritionist Gemma McGuinness is on hand inside our programme & community groups providing weekly knowledge bombs and tips around nutrition. Gemma is available to work with through her 8 week nutrition programme.

    We’ve tried it ourselves, and cannot recommend it enough if nutrition is your downfall.

  • Our clients get monthly training from our coaches & Nutritionist, we also have a members only zone for all our clients for educational video series on Accountability, training & nutrition.

  • We programme everything across each week & we tailor it to you & your sport / schedule no matter where you are in the world. In sport things change a lot, your coach is there to support you through thick & thin. Our programmes are carefully designed based off of objective & subjective data we collect through communication with our athletes and their clubs. As much as improving performance is what athletes want, recovering like a champion will allow this to happen, our programme covers this area also around your sports schedule.

    Programming includes strength work, recovery, pitch-based sessions and more.

We have a bulletproof process with everyone of our athletes to ensure at all times they have access to their coach & a 1-1 performance call each month. Our athletes know clearly what goals are set for the next 3 months from a personal & professional aspect as a minimum. They have weekly & monthly accountability included in our programme to cover all things recovery, nutrition, mindset & performance.

  • Our Performance nutritionist Gemma McGuinness is on hand inside our PERFORM programme & athletes get provided with weekly knowledge bombs and tips around Nutrition. We guide our athletes nutrition and align this with their sport & schedules to help get the results our athletes want & to help them fuel to perform to their best on the pitch.
