Welcome to the MC Performance Centre, an exclusive, state-of-the-art Strength & Conditioning facility in Bournemouth.

We specialise in Strength & Conditioning for athletes of all levels from Amateur to Elite, alongside Personal Training for everyday people in both group and one-on-one capacities.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

  • We have worked with elite level athletes who have played in the Champions League, Premier League and at international level.

    Not only that, we have helped hundreds of Semi-Professional and amateur footballers improve their performances on the pitch, and performance in the gym through our data driven programming, and performance nutritionist.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

  • The MC Performance Centre is an exclusive top of the range Strength & Conditioning facility in Bournemouth that was built so we can provide ELITE level Strength & Conditioning to athletes of all levels & ages.

    Over the years we have worked with athletes from as young as U9’s up to full professional athletes. We have worked with Premier League players, Champions League players & full Internationals. We understand that if your not in a professional set up, then valuable years and development of an athlete can be left behind.

    We want to make Strength & Conditioning accessible for athletes of all levels to become stronger, develop explosive power and lightning speed.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • After nearly a decade in the industry & experience with working with a wide variety of clientele from commercial gyms to non-commercial gyms we have built up our methods of achieving life changing results with the clients we work with.

    The MC Performance Centre was built as an exclusive facility so we can provide GOLD standard personal training to clients at an affordable rate & to create a community which welcomes people from all backgrounds & experience.

    We deliver our Personal Training 1-1, 2-1 & in our insane Small Group Personal training service.

PERFORMANCE TESTING

  • We provide full testing for all our athletes using world leading equipment provided by VALD & InBody. This provides crucial data, for athletes and their coaches, allowing them to closely monitor their performance and development at every step.

    • InBody Body composition scan & report - Showcasing muscle mass %, Body fat % & much more.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

THE TRAINING PROGRAM

  • The Small-Group PT programme is written in-house by our Strength & Conditioning coaches. Our small-group PT programme is designed to progress overtime as our SGPT members make their ways through the programme themselves.

    We have over a decades experience working with clients In-person of all abilities in the gym. The programme is built across 12 weeks. The first phase is always starting with introducing people to consistent training, allowing their bodies to adapt to the new stimulus & also to gather benchmark data when you first onboard to the programme.

    Towards the end of the programme you will see your strength, confidence & overall fitness levels skyrocket alongside your body composition changes. With the expert guidance of our coaches in house we cater for people of all abilities & backgrounds, you just have to turn up & work hard.

    Our sessions are capped at 6 people, this is so our coaches can individually help & guide each participant in all our sessions. We believe quality over quantity & our previous results with clients back this up.

  • I’m brand new to the gym, is this to advanced for me?

    Not at all! We have experience working with people who have taken their first steps into a gym before. Our coaches have the experience to regress & progress clients when the time is right throughout our programmes.

    What time slots do you have?

    We start from 6am-9:30am in the morning & start up again from 4pm - 7:45pm on Monday, Wednesday’s & Friday’s currently. If you need more availability just ask, we will deliver where we can!

    Do you just train athletes?

    Nope! We have a big client base in-person & Online with a huge mix of clientele from male to female ageing from 9 years old to 53 years old!

OUR COMMUNITY

  • Community is MASSIVE for us at MC Performance Centre & MC Online. As a part of our Performance centre we combine our MC Online clients with our In-person clients. Everyone across all our services are investing in themselves to make a change for the better. We have online community groups where we share weekly wins & barriers which allow us all help each other and celebrate as a team.

    We also have our coaching Team in our community groups, Our in house coaches at the MC Performance Centre, Our Online coaches, Admin Team & Performance Nutritionist Gemma McGuinness.

    Run club is something we have been doing for the past 2 years, this is free & a low intensity social run from Sandbanks on Saturday mornings, followed by coffee. Wow, what a start to your weekend.

    We host monthly events & every 3 months a social for our In-house & MC Online clients to meet & connect in person, out of a gym environment.

  • I’m quite shy, can I post into the group?

    There is no judgement from anyone we work with and from our coaching staff also. We encourage EVERYONE to be active in the groups. We are sure you will be pleasantly surprised by the impact you can have in these community groups by showcasing your wins & barriers, most of the time one of our clients or team have been there themselves & they can share their experience!

    Do I have to post in there?

    Nope. Like mentioned above we recommend it but will never force you. There will be keys events posted in their throughout the year so it’s always good to have your notifications on!

TRACKING RESULTS & TESTING

  • Accountability is a massive factor whether people get results or not. Within our Small-Group programme you have a goal setting process whilst onboarding which gets assessed every 12 weeks. You have 4 touch points with our coaches throughout the week and a Monthly Performance review check-in at the end of each month. Each of our clients can see the programme in advance and track their individual weights throughout every session.

    We provide full testing for all our clients at the MC Performance Centre. You will get your inbody scan report within the first week of your onboarding which give us awesome metrics to track throughout your journey with us such as:

    • Weight

    • Muscle Mass %

    • Body Fat %

    • Imbalances

    • BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) to align with your goals & Nutrition.

  • I have Android, can I still Track my progress?

    Absolutely! Our apps work across both platforms. You can fill out your sessions during or after your workout.

    Do I have to get a InBody scan done?

    Absolutely not, we highly recommend it as it will provide us with all the metrics we need to ensure you’re making the progress you want to.

    I’m not very confident lifting weights, How can you test my strength?

    Using our ForceDecks we can test safely and easily maximum strength and power if you did not want to do our other methods of testing.
